Return conditions

To return the purchased painting, please contact us immediately by e-mail viktorija.arlauskiene@gmail.com or by phone +37062023634. Quality goods must be returned in exactly the same condition as you received them - undamaged and in their original condition. Pack the paintings securely, in the same way as the product was delivered.

Upon receipt of the returned goods, we will inform you by separate e-mail, and, as provided for by the laws of the European Union regulating e-commerce, within no later than 14 days we will refund your money to the specified account or replace the goods with another one.

Shipping costs will not be refunded.

We are not responsible for damage caused during delivery, unless the item was packaged incorrectly and the damage was caused through our fault.
